H&C’s new CorpsJD product shines at SBIR Conference

November 4, 2009 | Posted by H&C

Times are tough all over, and that’s why H&C is well into the process of re-inventing themselves – not only as a service provider of environmental regulatory permitting and consulting services – but now as the developer of an innovative new product under the guidance of owner, Lori Carpenter.

As an integral part of this forward looking endeavor, H&C is attending the SBIR 2009 conference currently being held at the Nugget in Sparks, Nevada.  Showcasing innovative small businesses ventures, products and entreprenuers, H&C was able to connect with a number of federal agencies, larger companies and investors seeking novel technology and fresh approaches addressing the many challenges of climate change and clean energy.

H&C’s new venture, CorpsJD, provides a much needed, state of the art solution to the environmental regulatory and permitting process, allowing projects to be processed faster, more accurately and a lower cost. Furthermore, the cutting edge, web based GPS-GIS-RS software has the potential to find applications far beyond wetlands delineations.

Needless to say, perhaps, but the potential in sharing and editing projects securely in real time, among distant project stakeholders, then locking them with a password for upload to another federal agency, fired the imagination of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.
