- Project design consultation to comply with the sequencing process of avoidance, minimization and mitigation, pre-application consultations with other coordinating agencies and pre-development planning services
- Preparations of complete U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit applications under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
- Preparation of Alternatives Analyses as required under EPA’s 404(b)(1) Guidelines for Corps permit applications
- Preparations of complete State Water Quality Section 401, Coastal Zone applications for Certifications and mitigation and compliance reporting
- Coordination with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service under Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act
